"I've posted 227 dinners across ten cities and three a over. What time scale is that? Two 27"? Ah, it just over a decade. It was either two thousand nine or two thousand ten, but it took kind like a year to develop the concept," he says. "You take inspiration throughout you obsess over the ideas, you build parts of things,. You try them, and then eventually, you it evolves and develops and grows."
