How to Be a Financial Investor and Hard Money Lender
One of the things that I really like to always be in and this is one of my investment strategy is below the FHA loan limit. If you're getting a good enough deal will fund the entire purchase and sometimes even fun part or all of the repairs as well which makes us unique. Single families is probably our bread and butter. We do some of the duplex three plex four plex, but single family houses under the sub FHA under a half a million dollars.
