The Power of Lament
Lament is a form of prayer. It can allow us to go into the darkness without letting the darkness overwhelm us. Lament is not the end, but only a path to hope. We recognize that we all enter into this from a different place. Wherever you are, give yourself the grace to be in that place. And also the freedom to be moved to some other place if even just for a moment.
