The Challenges in Implementing AI
There seems to be a big hurdle when it comes to really bringing AI innovations to production and going live with them. The most pressing challenge, I think first of all, is onboarding domain experts into the AI journey because AI systems have probabilistic outcomes. It's not so difficult to find islands of use cases that can be implemented, but we need to identify scalableAI use cases in robust ways. And lastly, then, and this goes hand-in-hand with this value orientation, managing a portfolio of valuable AI products effectively and reinforcing.
