The Effects of Pose on Performance
This was the first time that we took some measurements on a trail or a mountain mountain trail, because before we had already measured the pole working and the walking without poles uphill. And so from that study, we we we thought that yeah, with pose, it was cheaper to go uphill. So in one month, I think I did like, I don't know, 60,000 meters of elevation gain for working. But this time was like, you know, to go to the mountain with all the equipment and also a funny story is that I based all the athletes for four times up to the trail. It was super funny, but it was also hard.
