Every company that we buy either has a great team in place or more likely if it's a Sun Capital deal maybe part of a team that needs to be supplemented with some missing positions. We're there to make sure collectively we've got the right strategic plan which we call our shared vision. Our operators generally have run businesses so they've been taught by Sun Capital the skills needed to fix businesses that are not hitting on all cylinders because it's different than running a business that's already hitting all cylinders.
