How to Balance Assessing and Assessing Founders
I think that in order to really understand where someone's coming from, I think you need to authentically connect. This may be kind of a selfish question. But like when you're kind of with founders or with people you're first meeting, how do you rectify that balance between kind of almost assessing that person? And for me I want to get as close and as really understand why a founder is as fired up about what they're doing that this is now the most important thing they're working on. When I'm doing that, that's all I'm really thinking about. The ability to assess can come later.
