The Polet Bureau and the Organization Bureau

The new polet bureau would have just five voting members, lenin trotsky, stalen kaminef and a guy called nikolay krestinski. As political centralization and the implementation of state policy started to run increasingly through the party machine rather than the official public state apparatus, the polet bureau became an enormously important seat of power.
