The Girls at the Back by Daniel Sanchez

The series is a dramedy about five 30 year old friends. They gained their nickname when a teacher at school assigned seats alphabetically and lo and behold the girls all had surnames beginning with letters from the end of the alphabet so we're seated together at the back hence the girls at the back. Now you skip forward to present day and one of them has cancer so they device this trip from leaving behind their lives in Madrid to go to sunny kiddies again. The last four or five minutes find out which of the girls is not very well but the way it's done is also just exquisite.
