Are You Shooting at the Louise Ashton Challenge?

We are really in the midst of a crisis in terms of how we manage our healthcare workers. And what I was still executives within large employers is that ultimately what you're trying to do is perhaps plateau some of these trends. So there's an education piece for sure here with large employers. But it's really important, I guess, Sheila, coming back to your point, and maybe the Louise Ashton challenge is also what are you shooting at here? What are your objectives? What are their aims?
