Mindfulness is essentially the most simple form of unit asking. So it's doing one task with no steps and so the steps are just refocusing. It mimics what happens in work when you give your whole attention just to the step that you're on. In that way, mindfulness trains us for intensity in the task. And then the challenges worked all the way through the tasks that you're doing.
