Integration Planning and Diligence Processes

The most effective thing i found to work in the deals that i worked on is that the person that does the diligence and a given function is also the person that doing the integration. The people that discover the diligence findings and prioritize them, they are then able to translate these things in real time to integration activities instead of handing it off to another person. We actually separated by chance. I'm trying to start wit the more critical sayngs on the more nu tur o things. So we're focusing first on the 30 day, then wee moving to the 60 day, then we're moving to the 90 days.
