How to Start a Community?

i just started a community. It's the first time i've done this. I've been a member of many communities, whether it be on circle or discord or slack or facebook groups back in the day. And so i have a lot of questions, and im sure, especially talking with other creators, everybody kind of goes through very similar early stages of launching and then starting a community.
