But Zarathustra isn't talking about finding personal solace in exertion of the will through invalidating your values. He's talking about like the first man of many who are going to totally reorder society. And I think Nietzsche knows this because in the twilight of the idols he has a passage about the sub-terrains. They're not exactly the same one to one but I think they were inspired by it.
