The Power of Negative Directions
I think negative directions just open up all kinds of possibilities. I hardly ever have a student who doesn't leave after the first lesson without at least one or two negative directions that they can start to use as they walk out the door. And also the my at the end, although you could have something like what you were talking about with your neck, I'm not doing anything. That's a great one for constructive rest.
