Is There a Future for Telehealth?

Katie Stokes: There's a lot going on in this space now because there are so many different institutions that regulate different pieces of the telehealth puzzle. You know, whether or not they're linked to a specific drug, can fall into what some people call a gray zone between federal regulation and state governments. She says it would be great if there were a comprehensive legislation of these practices taking the lead from something like the Ryan Hate Act for controlled substances online prescribing.
