"I feel like when it comes to this tactic stuff, you have to actually like you have to make a conscious effort to try them out," he says. "You know, and as you have often said, and then you give, you bring in something they say or do and make it sound smart." He adds: "There's little things like that you can do".
On the one hand, analysts generally know and accept that part of their responsibility is to not only conduct analyses, but to effectively communicate the results of those analyses to their stakeholders. On the other hand, "communication" can feel like a pretty squishy and nebulous skill.
