The Importance of Memory

Bob Greene: I had a friend he and his wife had elected, you know, slides prints and negatives over a number of years. He decided to get all those items scanned for his wife as a 60th birthday gift. And then he decided, I'm not going to send them away anywhere because if they got lost, I could never get them back. You start thinking about things differently when you realize how precious these memories are. That's really what they are, just memories in a different form.
