You generally want to avoid down rounds especially for hard sciences and engineering if you're not in a situation where you need to capitalize hot I would recommend to stay as cool as possible which actually leaves your valuation lower. A lot of people try to do premature evaluation optimization to get a really high valuation early that can set you up to for sure get a down round or for sure fail. So every industry is somewhere on this chart. Dips a long way to. There's apparent dips but like you scoot back from it and then eventually we're like we're over that now flip phones we're over it now. And actually there's a fold phone now but I think we are over it.
