The first step in understanding that self actualization which is essentially like living out your purpose is to really know yourself. Being able to incorporate what those things are in your role and responsibilities is what we've seen can help just productivity and engagement but in the end happiness of that individual as an employee. And how does a company help their team members find that? We have a model called Me Week community and Me if you can imagine concentric circles. Me's in the middle then it's the We and then it's community. It's by focusing on the Me. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and essentially everyone has their states of flow.
