A per mile travel tax is a big deal because it would hurt people who drive to work. It just seems like, again, kind of like what you said in the beginning, every button they could push, or lever they could pull, that makes things worse. This whole bill is just filled with one power grab after another. And i think t it's just more control over the citizen.
