i think grit is a huge indicator of success. And i believe that if you exercise that muscle and flex it, it does get stronger,. It never goes away if you continue to exercise it. Even little things like ta do 30 minute workout. I just made sure, you know, my heartt was in my throat until i was, like, i wanted to stop. But i think that by exercising and using that those kind of challenges or activities, or daily workouts, or whatever it is, it builds that resilience.
