Using linear algebra can speed up the computations for solving crash traversals problems. The first step is to kind of impose a certain structure on on edge, and to make sure that the spider structures can be solved with multiplications and additions and and subtractions. No values are nays, which are non existence or nills, and you have to find a strategy to replace them in your metrics.
