The College Degree Is the Dilemma

Large tech organizations, some of them like google and others, are now removing the the requirement for a degree for many of their positions. So there's perception, i thinky b among younger folks, that a degree really isn't worth the effort. It is a dividing line, and the data really shows it out, right? That's not to say that we can't develop some alternative systems that let people that don't have college degrees get on at in pathway, you know.
