Is MIV Burn a Disincentive to Burn 99 ETH?

MIV burn is a disincentive to do that because you're not actually getting the 99 ETH. And I think there's another, another thing that, that plays into it, you know, potentially makes me more in favor of MIV burn. There's diminishing returns to like how much ETH should be securing the network. Like at some point,you know, incentives to attack sort of get unrealistically high and like the marginal validator doesn't add much value.
