Is There a Minimum Dosage for at Home Devices?

The science behind red light being beneficial is not necessarily with a lot of these atom devies. It's with red light that we're seeing in the office. If you feel like there's a lot of brightness that's even penetrating through your eyelids, you may want to gieve it like an extra layer and use some of those opaque goggles. We need to be doing 20 minutes a day, five times a week ull out of these at home devices in order to get fda approved.
