Is Creativity a Required Skill for Success in Data Science?

i believe creativity is integral to the success of most fields, particularly data science. The way that we define creativity varies greatly and can be at different levels. Most people are not creative in all those areas, or multiple of those areas. i personally think when i'm explaining things, i come up with creative ways to view them,. analogies or or different ways to present informationThat is a creative strength of mine. On the other side, when i'm em when i'm doing, like, actual data science work, i find myself doing a lot of the same things over and over again because they've worked storically, or whatever it might be. I'm not flexing the creative muscles
