International Student Mobility to China in 2016

China is one of the top receivers of international students as well currently ranked at number three in 2017 there are about half a million foreign students in China. Majority of them are self-funded only about 12% receive Chinese government funding and they are the rest majority are either self-funded or funded through other means for example their home country so what this means is quite clearly that majority of foreign students who consider China a viable destination to study is from the developing world.
