How to Build a Burnout Factory

When you lose an employee, it adds stress to everybody else on the team. And if the culture is already stressed, people are already dissatisfied with their work. It almost just gives them another reason to leave. I've seen this downward spiral happen where like people just start leaving and masses will take over. You want to have an environment where people do really high impactful work but they also take time off because they're not built like you as an entrepreneur entrepreneurs are kind of weird.
