The Importance of History in Breath of Wild

I went to Hetano village as soon as I was on the Tarrytown. The school is being taught by one of the Sheikah from the first game and he's now like a teacher teaching kids about the history of Hyrule and stuff. There's a lot of instances in this game where you can like read people's journals and notes that they've written and stuff it has we haven't even talked about the immersive sim part of this game yet I think but like there's a big immersive sim influence on this game. You can read Zelda's diary about her time at Hetano Village, which Steven describes as "the most compelling thing about Breath of Wild" It
