The Russian Invasion of Central Africa

Dr Samuel Ramani is the author of two upcoming books on Wagner's activities. The private mercenary army has been deployed in territories as far apart as Crimea, Syria, and Libya. His most interesting operations are centered on various countries in Central Africa. He argues that Russia will have to look at Africa to be able to secure additional rare earth metal reserves.
