How to Use an Enzyme in an Industrial Process?

In practice, it's actually a very difficult problem to solve. Most of the enzymes that exist that could do something like that are not specific enough. They don't do exactly what is required for industrial process. With that problem, say, can you actually design a new enzyme that would do exactly that reaction with no side reactions at a high catalytic rate? It could be an enzyme attached to a fixed-better reactor. And in practice, the company would come with very different specs. So, these are metrics that we work with and we have to design the enzyme for that.
