We're not always going to be completely, a hundred % successful on our first try of doing new things in this fashion. One of the things we have to think about is giving ourselves some slack on the days that we do those hard things. Exercise boost a lot of our narro transmitters, and it makes getting back on track a lot easier. We just don't spend enough time letting our brains think, because we're so focused on getting to the next thing. Our brains like being able to work things through.
