The Mystery of Blue

I often think about this when I'm making a cake or making bread. The truth is there must have been some sort of kind of accident. We don't know exactly who it was that first stumbled upon this quite complicated process. But actually there's a very new blue now in the past five years. A very new blue was discovered again, completely by accident, by a chemist. There are all sorts of things that go into the making of a wonderful colour. And so things that you might not think of immediately as being very important to a colour have great importance for people in different uses.
