Are You Entitled to Unwind This Position?

We haven't had a restructuring charge ever and I don't think we're about to start. The numbers would not be huge, but they are more conservatively stated than most companies. There's no question that we will have more amortization of certain intangibles in our reported earnings. But the depreciation expense at the railroad is inadequate as a measure of true operating earnings. We like to advertise our defects. Not all of them.
