The Average Patient Doesn't Exist
There is always a tendency to focus too much on the average, i think. It can be very misleading and there's almost no average patient. I've done a lot of consultancy work with all sorts of organizations that got me out of the narrow sort of mathematical statistics of universities into doing things which other people wanted to know the answers. So when you wrote this book, i'm just wondering, what was the inspiration for? Ha, what made you want to write this book?
