I love having more nuanced conversations about ADHD and the different identities that we hold because it definitely changes not only our experience of ADHD, but also our outward expression of it. I relate to that so deeply. So one of the things that really struck me on your website with inner workout was you were talking about wellness and said, what if we could help people build the skill of self care? Do you think there's something inherently neurodivergent about needing to be explicitly taught self care? Or do you think maybe that's just a universal human quality? You can't just show up as 100%, you have to show up as 150%. Yeah, absolutely.
