Beginner Training Plans for Marathon Distance

Marathon training plan starts with nine miles as a long run, which is fine. But that already feels quite toppy to me - even though I'll be doing 12th, 13th. A beginner one would start from around 10k and then work up over the next few weeks. It's really nice to look at beginner training plans for marathon distance because they do start usually with acceptable mileage.
