Plotinus believes that the entire cosmos has a single soul, the so-called world soul. It is responsible for arranging things that seem to have no soul - plants and rocks. Plotinus: 'The form of man is indivisible, eternal, and perfect' But even Buster Keaton was nothing of the sort, never mind the rest of us.
