EIP in 4844 or Proto-Thur-Sharding

EIP in 4844 or proto dank sharding is a way to scale the data availability layer prior to full dank sharded being rolled out. It's entirely forward compatible with bank sharding so it achieves a lot of the steps that you would eventually need to implement anyway for full dankSharding itself. The hope was to get it done for the shangai hard fork which would be the next upgrade after the merge but i don't know if that will happen anymore because of censorship and mind share between developers.
