The Dollar Index Is Moving Lower in a Good Way

The dollar index needs to sustain itself right around the 91 61 level if we can hold above there i think we got a chance to kind of gravitate into year end towards the upside. I'd rather be short the euro here than try to be long and try to grab that next one percent up when i think there could be a three or four percent move to the downside. Long-term money is way way over over own the dollar like i think they just own way too much.
