Shares of EV maker Lucid spiking as much as 98% at its highs. There were some market rumors that Saudi Arabia's public investment fund is looking to buy the shares it doesn't already own. PIEF is Lucid's biggest shareholder holding more than 65% of shares. The stock closed up 42%. this was a crazy day for Lucid. This is a reason why bear should feel empowered here.
