The five D's that actually divide us and make us feel separate are fear, doubt, concern, distortion and discouragement. If you believe your negative thoughts come from you, who would ever choose to have a negative thought? Would you choose the thought that says, I don't have what it takes? And so we don't give up because it's hard. We give up because we get discouraged. This is why I'm sharing this work. It terrifies me.
