The Importance of Computers in School

In China, we had this very popular trend because we were sort of baggy school uniform. We would put our MP3 players in our pants pockets. And that was nothing but a headphone. Imagine what a kid would do to just look at his phone in class and imagine if the teacher didn't have enough energy to check every kid at any given second during that class. Using computers that are live with the internet in class is a learning tool. Yes or no? Why? This I would say yes for college students, not for younger students.
