"I had always dreamed of being traditionally published. I think most authors have that dream" "My first urban fantasy series I decided I was going to try self-publishing and so I just jumped in" She says her publisher took 10% of the royalties which is really low for a publisher, but after that they pretty much just gave me whatever freedom.
