The Last Male in His Line, the Father Loved His Girls
The father was the last male in his line. His name died with him if he didn't have a son, he loved his girls. He looked to his girls weeping over their mother. They would have no one to guide them the way she had. There were things that were bigger than his love for his late wife and his pain regarding her loss. The husband wouldn't court such talk, but even among the more tactful relations, there was a thought, an expectation, that he would remarry. And the father did remarry, and under five years, the pair had three sons. With the second one, he had done his duty to his family and continued the name even better
