The NAOOA is dedicated to a future that US consumers get what they pay for when they buy olive oil. Joseph Profachi says the claim that a lot of olive oil in this country is rancid is unfounded and misleading. The idea that's not hanging with olive oil is preposterous in southern European Mediterranean countries, which have longer lifespans than the US.
