How to Use Time Blocks Effectively
The more specific you are about the use of the time blocks you have, the better and more successful it is. Give yourself some grace. Let go of the idea that you need every minute to be quote time blocked. Sometimes time blocking is done for us, right? Like if you're a teacher, you're in the school teaching from whatever to whatever. I don't know if time blocking is always necessary,. Although I could see where it would fit into the more unstructured periods of the day.
