There are really three stages that require three separate strategies, right? So I think of them as discovery, connection, and monetization or sales. How do you turn someone who discovers you into a potential lead, basically? And that way, once you have that, you're able to build a relationship with them, build trust, connect with them over time and drive them to the sale.
