A lot of American high school club coaches dealing with the same track, get that to go to school that really want to go to but academically they're short. And basically you have for a coach or a teacher who's working with someone who academically isn't putting an offense. I think it's just about developing really solid young people. If they're willing to cut corners and be slack with certain elements of their life, then they'll translate onto the pitch as well.
